The project achieved Silver certification under LEED NC 2009.

Chapel Complex and Religious Education Facility
Owner:  U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Points Achieved: 39
The project received a LEED Gold certification under LEED NC v2.2, and the Merit Award for Commercial Projects $10-25 million from the Associated Building Contractors of Austin.

Fort Hood CH47 Aircraft Maintenance Hangar
Owner:  U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Points Achieved: 36
This project was not registered with GBCI, but required documentation and attainment of a Silver certification under LEED NC v2.2.  The project attained 36 points and has been validated by the Government to have achieved Silver certification requirements.

AMD Building B100 Construction of Foundations Through Core and Shell Base Building Finishes
Owner:  Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Points Achieved:  44
Solis Constructors, Inc. performed this project as the general contractor for Austin Commercial, L.P. This facility is a four story 120,000 square foot ground up office building. Construction consists of concrete piers, slab on grade, and structural steel with slab on deck. The façade consists of stone masonry, metal panel siding and glass curtain wall. This project achieved a Gold LEED rating under LEED NC v2.2.

Mexican American Cultural Center, Phases 1 and 1A
Owner:  City of Austin
Points Achieved:  32
The Phase 1a project was constructed while the Phase 1 building was occupied with no disruption to services or utilization of the facilities. The Phase 1a project achieved LEED Certified certification under LEED NC v2.2.
